Past life what?

We cannot prove scientifically (until now) that past life exists.

But we cannot prove that it doesn’t.

So join me here for some fun stuff:

Apparently we came here to earth to experience human life – the good and the bad. Sometimes the bad can be so bad that it traumatizes us, be it accidents, abuse, neglect or even death. Trauma, big or small, disrupts, crashes or destroys our homeostasis, the inner balance. By now we know scientifically that this information is stored in our body and it can be triggered later on by similar events. While back than when the trauma happened it may have been helpful or unavoidable to act in a certain way in most cases it is not ideal for today.

So you better take a stroll back memory lane together with a therapist or kinesiologist and:

➨ LOOK AT IT

➨ PROCESS IT

➨ AND LET IT GO

In kinesiology we go back in time, make sure we have enough information and we never spend too much time on the matter. Because your system only needs to know what exactly it is it should reprogram, to process it most efficiently. You don’t want to get caught in “stories” (which feeds your ego). You want to get on with your life in the here and now.

The exact same can be applied in case of a past life trauma: It may very well be that you left your body too soon and left unfinished business here on earth. When the time is right in this life it can come up and say: “hi, how about healing me now – though you cannot really remember!?” How weird is this? But it happened to me and the least I can say is: It was creepy af.
Let me clarify: If you’re having problems in this life please always try to stay in this life. You’re conscious mind is not able to grasp explanations from past life experiences. You most probably won’t heal anything and get stuck in stories (made up by your conscious mind). It is your soul having the information and only in higher states you will have access to higher consciousness.

BUT: If panic attacks hit you hard and you cannot seem to have a link to your current life in may be a past life trauma. (Again: Make sure you work with a therapist/kinesiologist!)

How to identify:

  1. YOU MOST LIKELY WILL BE READY

Past life trauma will only come up in your current life if you have gained enough experience in this life so far to be ready to handle it and heal it. “If God brings you to it, he will bring you through it” regardless of how religious you are: The things you have to deal with in your life are always absolutely right concerning time, space and intensity. You are able to face it. No one said it is going to be easy. What brings us to the second marker

  1. IT IS INTENSE AF

Usually, it will come disguised in super heavy emotions like anxiety and of unknown origin. It may also result in sudden, strong waves of panic attacks with bodily sensations like shaking, nausea, rapid heartbeats, breathlessness, sweating and dizziness. Panic attacks are NO JOKE – they’re always very challenging, regardless where they’re root lies, since you’re nervous system is out of control. It can be easier to handle them if you know what triggered it, but nevertheless it’s hard af. What makes panic attacks caused by past life trauma so hard is that you cannot understand these emotions, yet you feel them in their full intensity – exactly as it happened back in that other life. And this can scare the hell out of you and very well drive you crazy (I don’t want to know how many people where hospitalized because of past life trauma).

  1. TRIGGERED BY SIMILAR EVENTS OR KARMIC RELATIONSHIPS

As I said it’s exact origin is unknown to your conscious mind. Nonetheless slightly similar events can trigger it. Also karmic relationships. You may have crashed into somebody with whom you had this traumatic experience some eons ago. Hello again! And btw. this has nothing to do with the romanticized idea of “he is my soulmate, because we know each other from past lives”. I can tell you from experience it is more like hell on earth. Karmic relationship are often combined with (hard) work. What these two situations have in common is that the circumstances in this life do not really justify these intense emotions.

HOW TO COPE WITH PANIC ATTACKS

  1. Scent

What I experienced in times of high anxiety: You need something to lean on. Something that soothes you. Like your mother did when you were a child. Scents can be extremely powerful. It can be incense, like sage or palo santo or Aura Soma, as well as oils or sprays. Lavender and bergamot work wonders in relaxing your nervous system.

  1. Breath Work

It’s so easy yet so powerful. All you need is in you: Your lungs, your ability to use them and the ability to control them. Take deep long breaths in and deep long breaths out. Close your eyes and try to focus on your breathing. Trust.

  1. Ascended Masters

What better to lean on than the fact that incredible people have walked here on earth and done great things? You decide whose powerful and wonderful energy you will tap into. You may also try and call in ascended masters. Know that they’re always around us, ready to assist. The good spirit DOES exist even if these souls have left their bodies.

  1. People you trust

It goes without saying but people you fully trust are key to a happy and fulfilled life. It is extremely helpful if you can openly talk about what you feel with another human being. What I can recommend is having that somebody around even WHILE the attack is happening. The people you love hold space and they can get you back to the here and now easier. You will have to go through the attack but at least you’re in a safe space already.

  1. The Observer

No matter how anxious you are there is always one portion of your mind watching over everything that happens. It’s the observer – it’s you! If you’re able to say “I’m going through this and that” you’re always able to control at least an itty bitty percentage. Make sure you train yourself to become better in observing and remaining in control.

  1. Therapist / Kinesiologist

Last but not least: I recommend to work with a trained person on the matter. A huge difference can be made when supported with the right tools, experience and knowledge. Be effictient. Don’t walk the extra mile on your own wondering whre to go when there are people trained to support you. Allow yourself to heal. It is possible and you deserve it.
